PROGRAMMER [4H/WK]
Role Description
With the help of the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts, we will be adding a third day focused on programming young talent under 28 specifically. For this, we are looking for a new programmer who will program one day per week (10h total). Your responsibilities are to curate and advance shows, actively find exciting, new talent with partner organizations such as youth organizations, inspire underrepresented communities by doing pro-active outreach and act as a bridge between the program and our career coaching programme.
This position is paid on freelance base, with an hourly rate of €30.

+ You have a wide interpretation of music/radio/storytelling
+ You have at least 2 years of experience curating/programming and advancing (radio)shows
+ You have strong affinity with the music/radio/storytelling scene among communities under 28 in Amsterdam and beyond
You are
+ Someone with agile communication skills for talking to a lot of different types of people and organizations
+ experienced with working with underrepresented communities
+ Eager and passionate to grow the organization
+ Structured, autonomous and goal-oriented
+ Open-minded and a creative thinker
+ Available to attent bi-monthly meetings in evenings

In addition, you will be responsible for studio-related tasks such as scheduling the hosts, troubleshooting, archiving shows and overall maintaining a clean, safe & sound studio. The studio becomes your baby, and great radioshows start with you.
This position is paid on freelance base, with an hourly rate of €30.

Role Description
As a studiohost, you enable our core activity: radioshows. You welcome artists, onboard them, offer them our warm hospitality, monitor the broadcast, promote the shows on our social media channels and guarantee everyone a nice experience.
Prerequisites
+ Living in Amsterdam
+ Available at least 15 hours a month
+ Available on Fridays and Saturdays
+ Experience with Instagram stories
+ Affinity with Radio TNP’s show offering
+ You are social and pro-active
This position is compensated with a volunteer allowance of €5/H.
