DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY


TNP Family Support Programme Contributors who donate €5 or €10 a month will receive special rewards in exchange for their support contributions. These rewards include exclusive access to after-hour recordings though a TNP newsletter, TNP merchandise and access to a yearly TNP dinner with free music, dinner and drinks depending on the chosen subscription. By becoming a TNP Family Support Programme Contributor, the Contributor agrees and acknowledges that delivery and returns of such merchandise are subject to this Delivery/Return Policy.


1. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
All shipments will be made with PostNL and dispatched within 10 business days after shipping costs have been paid unless communicated and agreed with the Contributor otherwise. The shipping costs vary per country, and can be found here. After filling in the country of destination, the website will show the shipping costs and estimated delivery time. Radio TNP is not responsible for any delays caused by PostNL.


Shipping costs will be charged by Radio TNP to Contributor in a separate email after subscription. Radio TNP reserves the right to keep the package until the shipping costs have been paid.

Radio TNP is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during shipment. 


2. RETURNS
As described in our Terms and Conditions, a contribution is provided by the Contributor to Radio TNP as an irrevocable gift. Hence, Radio TNP reserves the right to refuse return requests. However, in cases of wrong clothing size, we are happy to find a solution. Shipping costs of returned item(s), as well as for new shipments as a result of a return request are to be paid by Contributor and are subject to Article 1.
